How far in advance do I need to book?
We offer next-day delivery on most orders placed before 10 AM. For peak-season jobs, 1–2 days notice is ideal. Call us and we'll do our best.
What can I NOT put in the dumpster?
Prohibited items include hazardous waste (paint, solvents, chemicals), tires, concrete, dirt, appliances with freon (AC units, refrigerators), batteries, asbestos, and any liquids. Contact us if you're unsure — we're happy to help you find the right disposal method.
What size is a 20-yard container?
A 20-yard roll-off is approximately 22 feet long, 7.5 feet wide, and 4.5 feet high. It fits the equivalent of about 10 pickup truck loads. It's our most versatile and popular size for both residential and commercial projects.
What if I need more time?
No problem. You can extend any rental for $25 per day. Just call or text us before your pickup date and we'll extend your rental window.
Do I need a permit to place the dumpster on the street?
In most cases, dumpsters placed in your driveway or on private property do not require a permit. Street placement in Lexington may require a city permit. We can advise you on this during booking.
How do you calculate overage charges?
If your load exceeds the included tonnage, we charge $95 per ton over the limit. We'll notify you at pickup if there's an overage, and charge the card on file.
